Abstract:

Existence and uniqueness theorem on a common fixed point  for a family of non-self mappings satisfying a quasi-contractive condition on complete metrically convex metric space is given, and from which, more general unique common fixed point theorems are obtained. The main results generalize and improve many fixed point theorems of the same type in references.
