摘要： 该文主要考虑按一般的抽样方案抽取辅助样本时系统抽样方差的非负无偏估计,统一了相关的结果.

Abstract: The main objective is to consider nonnegative unbiased estimation of variance for systematic sampling when supplementary sample is drawn by arbitrary sampling design. Our result unifies the relevant ones in the literature.
