Abstract: The molecular structure of 3, 4-di(4-methylphenyl)-1-hydroxyl-7, 4′-dioxy-1′, 2′, 3′, 4′-tetrahydrobenzo[h]bicyclo[3. 4]nonane-2-spiro-2′-naphthalene-1′-one was elucidated by 1D NMR and 2D NMR techniques (¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR,DEPT, H-COSY, HSQC and HMBC). The ¹H and ¹³C NMR chemical shifts of the compound were assigned.
