摘要：

该文研究了完备黎曼流形N^n+p中的具有平行第二基本形式的伪脐子流形，获得这类子流形的第二基本形式模长平方的一个拼挤定理.

Abstract:

In this paper, we discussed the oriented closed pseudo-umbilical submanifold with parallel second fundamental form in a Riemannian manifold N^n+p. we prove a pinching theorem for length of second fundamental form for this submanifolds in N^n+p.
