NMR Characterization of Agrimophol——A Phloroglucinol Derivative

Abstract: A phloroglucinol derivative (agrimophol) was isolated from the petroleum ether extract of the root sprouts of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb., and shown to have with significant anthelmintic activity. The 1H and 13C chemical shifts of the compound were assigned and its structure was elucidated.
