Abstract

Abstract:

Calcipotriol is a drug for treating psoriasis. In this paper, ¹H and ¹³C NMR, distortionless enhancement by polarization transfer spectrum (DEPT), ¹H-¹H correlated spectroscopy (¹H-¹H COSY), heteronuclear multiple bond correlation (HMBC) and heteronuclear single quantum correlation (HSQC) spectra of calcipotriol are reported. The ¹H and ¹³C NMR chemical shifts were assigned.
