Abstract:

Polymerizable 1, 8-naphthalimides derivatives, 4-dimethylamino-N-allyl-1, 8-naphthalic anhydride,  4 nitro-N-allyl-1, 8-naphthalic anhydride  and 4-nitro-N-[(3-trimethoxysilane)-propyl]-1, 8-naphthalic anhydride, all containing polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond or 3-trimethoxysilane groups, were synthesized from 4-bromine-1, 8-naphthalic anhydride and 4-nitro-1, 8-naphthalic anhydride. The structure of these compounds were determined by 1D (1H and 13C NMR) and 2D NMR techniques, including 1H-1H COSY、HMBC and HSQC. The 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts of the compounds were assigned. The photo-physical properties of the compounds were studied by ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence emission spectroscopy. The substituent effects on the fluorescence intensities of the compounds were discussed.
