Xyloccensin K Extracted from Xylocarpus Granatum Studied by NMR Spectroscopy

Abstract

Abstract:

Two limonoid compounds, xyloccensin K and 6-acetoxycedrodrorin, were isolated from the fruit of xylocarpus granatum. Their structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy. It was shown that previous chemical shift assignment for some of the ¹H and ¹³C signals of xyloccensin K is incorrect. Correction was made for the incorrect assignment.
