摘要： In the paper,a serial service System involving two service counters with finite walting space is discussed based on Serial queueing system with two service mechanism. Moreover,the general recurrence formulas of probalillty distribution {Pi.j}of the system under statistical equibrium are derived and several corresponding quantitative indexes are given.
