An Improved Regularity Criterion for the 3D Navier-Stokes Equations in Terms of Two Entries of the Velocity Gradient

Abstract:

We consider the Cauchy problem for the three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations. An improved anisotropic regularity 
criterion via any two entries of the velocity gradient is given. This improves the result of [24].
