Inference of Life Time Ratio for Two Independent Weibull Populations in Type-I Truncated Life Time Experiments

Abstract:

In this paper, we considered the statistical inference of the life time ratio for two independent populations,which follow different Weibull distribution in no displacement type-I truncated life time experiments. We proposed two estimates for the life time ratio and investigated their theoretical properties. Through data simulation, we illustrated that the proposed esimates can work very well.
