The Nernst Theorem and Statistical Entropy of the Dirac Field \=in ReissnerNordstrom Black Hole Geometry

Abstract:

Thinking of the Dirac equations on the background of ReissnerNordstrom spacetime, we calculate the free energy and entropy of Dirac field in a black hole by improved brickwall method(membrane model). It is shownthat the entropy of Dirac field consists of two parts. According to the propertythat the entropy is extensive quantity, we obtain that the thermodynamical subsystems. Further, the new BekensteinSmarr formula is given. It is shown that the entropy defined now obeys the third law of thermodynamics. It can be taken asPlanck absolute entropy of a black hole.
