Abstract: In this pater,we describe the random motion of any one of stars in irregular galactic system by using Langevin equation.Using the represent points in phase space X,Ẋ,we can describe each random state of the star with random motion. From Fokker-Planck equation, we have calculated the probability density fs(X,Ẋ) of these random states.#br#According to fs(X,Ẋ), we have calculated the square of the standard deviation and fluctuation corresponding to the position and velocity of these stars with random motion.Hence,we discover that any one of stars with random motion in irregular galactic system should satisfy the uncertainty relation of celestial body.
