骨碎补中2个黄酮苷类化合物的NMR研究

摘要:

从骨碎补(Drynaria fortunei)的乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到了2个黄酮苷类化合物,结合其理化性质,并通过ESI-MS,IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,1H-1H COSY,HSQC,HMBC等多种波谱学方法进行结构鉴定,鉴定化合物12分别为山奈酚-3-O-β-D-6"'-乙酰基-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→4)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷及山奈酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→4)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷,并对二者的1H NMR 化学位移信号进行了全归属,纠正了文献中C-5和C-9的归属错误.

Abstract:

Two compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate extracted fraction of Drynaria fortunei. The compounds were characterized by ESI-MS, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and 2D NMR (1H-1H COSY, HSQC and HMBC) techniques. The 1H NMR chemical shift of the compounds were assigned. Their structures were elucidated as kaempferol-3-O-β-D-6"'-acetyl-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-α-L-rhamnoside and kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-α-L-rhamnoside.
