α-生育酚与自由基DPPH·的反应机理研究

摘要: 通过NMR产物分析方法确认α-生育酚与DPPH·在DMSO中的反应最终产物结构为醌式. 此外,对该反应过程的ESR实验证实α-生育酚与DPPH·反应的计量比为1∶2. 由此可以进一步推断:α-生育酚与DPPH·反应的分子机制为两步过程.

Abstract: In this paper the reaction product of α-tocopherol and DPPH·radical in DMSO was analyzed by NMR spectroscopy, and found to have a tetraalkylbenzoquinonoid group. The reactive ratio of α-tocopherol to DPPH· was confirmed to be 1∶2 with ESR spectroscopy. Based on these two results, it is proposed that the reaction pathway of α-tocopherol and DPPH·has two steps.
