摘要: 应用核磁共振技术(1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT, HSQC, HMBC)确定了一种新的免疫抑制剂FTY720 (2-氨基-[2-(4-辛基苯基)乙基]-1, 3-丙二醇盐酸盐)的结构,准确归属了它的1H, 13C信号.

Abstract: NMR (1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT, HSQC, HMBC) methods were used to elucidate the structure of a new immunosuppressant FTY720 (2-amino-[2-(4-octylphenyl) ethy1]-1, 3 propanediol hydrochloride). The 1H and 13C chemical shifts of the compound were assigned.
