摘要: 甘油与苯甲醛反应,生成1,3-亚苄基甘油及1,2-亚苄基甘油。1,3-亚苄基甘油经苄醚化反应,生成1,3-亚苄基甘油苄醚,它们是合成肾髓质抗高血压脂的重要中间体。本文研究了它们的NMR谱,依据 1HNMR数据指定了缩合反应和苄醚化反应产物中各顺式和反式异构体的构型,确认了1,3-亚苄基甘油中构象异构体的存在。本文报道了在氘代氯仿溶液中观察到的这类化合物中发生的构型和构象转变。

Abstract: 1,3-Benzylideneglycerol and 1,2-benzylideneglycerol were obtained by the reaction of glycerine and benzaldehyde. 1,3-Benzylideneglycerol reacted with benzyl chloride and the products of the benzylation were 1,3-benzylideneglycerol benzyl ethers. All of these compounds are the important intermediates of AEPC. Their configurations were assigned based on the 1H NMR. The existance of con-formational isomers in 1,3-benzylideneglycerol was confirmed. The conversion of configurations and conformations of these compounds in CDCl3 is also reported here.
