This paper is concerned with the existence of the S-asymptotically ω-periodic solutions of the semilinear neutral Caputo
fractional equation

considered in a Banach space X, where 0<α<1, -A is the infinitesimal generator of an analytic semigroup {T(t)}_t≥0.
