New Approch of the Error Estimate for Nonconforming Plate Element

In this paper, some new methods of error estimates for nonconforming plate element is given according to the properties of divergence space. The error estimate of energy norm and L²(Ω) norm is proved. Compared with the former methods, it is more direct and convenient, and it also obtains the order required.
