Abstract

Abstract:

In this paper, the author investigates the orders of the solutions of the differential equation

f ^(k)+A_k_-1f ^(k-1)}+…+A₀f =0, k≥2

where the coefficients A₀, …, A_k-1 are meromorphic functions with at most finitely many poles. Under some conditions, some estimates of the orders of the solutions for the equation are obtained, which are improvements of related results given by Gunderson, Chen and Gao.
