绣线菊碱Ⅲ的结构研究

摘要: 利用核磁共振谱对绣线菊碱Ⅲ(Spirasine Ⅲ)结构中的碳,氢信号作了归属,用同核相关谱和异核相关谱分析了噁唑烷环存在带来的双信号问题,指认出C19,R,S两种构型的信号并对噁唑烷环的ABXY体系做了模拟。

Abstract: Spirasine Ⅲ, diterpene alkaloid, was isolated from the root of Spiraea japonica L. f. var. fortunei(phanchon) Rehd. Its structure was demonstrated by spectral and chemical methods. The assignment of proton and carbon in the structure as well as double signals in the oxazolidine ring were achieved on the basis of detailed 2D-NMR spectroscopic analyses.
