摘要: 本文利用二维核磁共振的质子NOE谱、四极矩二维谱、异核化学位移相关谱研究了粉防已碱的溶液构象,并确定了五条谱线的归属.

Abstract: Solution conformation of tetrandrine was studied by NMR 1H NOESY and 1H-13C HETCOR. The success in interpreting all NMR observations in terms of the x-ray crystal diagram is compelling evidence that the solution and solid state conformations are essentially the same.
