摘要: 对恩替卡韦钠进行了1H和13C NMR检测,通过DEPT和1H-1H COSY、HMQC、HMBC等2D NMR技术对该化合物所有的1H和13C NMR信号进行了全归属,并通过NOESY确证了其相对立体结构.

Abstract: Entecavir sodium, an antiviral pro-drug, was a derivative of entecavir. In this study, the 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts of the compound were completely assigned using 2D NMR techniques, including HMQC, HMBC and 1H-1H COSY. The relative stereochemistry was established by the NOESY method.
