胀果香豆素甲的NMR研究

摘要: 从甘肃产胀果甘草的乙酸乙酯提取物中,分离得到一个新化合物.利用1H,13C NMR谱、NOE差谱以及1H-1H COSY、13C-1H COSY和13C-1H远程COSY谱并结合其理化数据,确定了它的化学结构,命名为胀果香豆素甲.

Abstract: One new compound was isolated form the EtOAc extract of CLYCYRRHIZA inflata bat collected at Gansu province in China.The structure was determined by 1H、13C NMR、NOE different spectra,1H-1H COSY、13C-1H COSY and 13C-1H long-range COSY. It was named as Inflacoumarin A.
