摘要: 本文综合利用各种NMR技术研究了紫菀中两个酚性化合物的结构及立体化学.利用相敏COSY解析了相互重叠的强偶合体系,并结合分子力学计算讨论了化合物Ⅰ的构象.

Abstract: The structure and stereochemistry of two plienolic compounds from aster tataricus were determined employing a variety of NMR experiments. Phase-sensitive COSY experiment was sunasfully used to resolve the crowded, strong coupled spin systems.The conformation of compound Ⅰ was discussed with the aid of molecular mechanism calculations.
