摘要: 本文首次报道了从祁州漏芦中分离得到的一种新的蜕皮甾酮类化合物的化学结构,主要利用各种核磁共振方法并结合其它光谱数据,确定其结构为2β,3β,11α,14α,20,22,24-七羟基-5β(20R,22R,24S)-胆甾-7-烯-6-酮,命名为漏芦甾酮(Rhapontisterone)。

Abstract: The chemical structure of a new phytoecdysteroid obtained from Rhaponticum uniflorum (L.)DC. has been first reported in this paper. It has been identified as 2β, 3β, llα, 14α, 20,22,24-heptahydroxy-5β (20R, 22R, 24S)-choiest-7-en-6-one by using several NMR techniques and other spectraldata.
