Abstract:

Dryocrassine was isolated from the Dryopteris crassirhizoma. 1D and 2D NMR (1H-1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC) methods, among which the HMBC method was the most important, were used to elucidate the structure of Dryocrassine. The 13C chemical\} shifts of the compound were assigned.

Key words: 2D NMR, chemical shift, dryocrassine, dryopteris crassirhizoma
