一种薯蓣皂苷的NMR研究

Structure Elucidated from NMR Data

摘要: 从七叶一枝花中分离得到一种薯蓣皂苷薯蓣皂苷元3-O-α-L-阿拉伯呋喃糖基- (1→4)-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基(1→2)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷. 应用1D和2D NMR 实验技术(包括1H-1H COSY, HSQC和HMBC)对化合物结构进行研究,对其1H和13C化学位移进行了完全归属. 实验中运用了选择性1D TOCSY技术对糖环的质子峰进行了归属.

Abstract: A diosgenyl saponin has been extracted from the rhizomes of Paris Polyphylla Smith, and determined to be diosgenin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)[α-L-arabinofuranosyl-(1→4)]-β-D-glucopyranoside. The NMR chemical shifts of the compound have been assigned using 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy, including 1H-1H COSY, HSQC and HMBC. Selective 1D TOCSY experiments have been performed to assign the crowded spectral region from glycosidic protons.
