摘要: 阿齐沙坦为新一代选择性AT-1亚型血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂类抗高血压药,具有降压平稳、不引起干咳等优点,有较好的市场前景.本文对阿齐沙坦的紫外吸收光谱(UV)、红外吸收光谱(IR)、高分辨质谱(HRMS)、核磁共振(NMR)波谱(包括1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT、1H-1H COSY、HMQC、HMBC)数据进行了解析和归属,综合运用多种谱学方法确证了阿齐沙坦的结构.

Abstract: Azilsartan is a novel AT-1 angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker, which reduces blood pressure mildly without the side effect of cough. The drug is believed to have a large market potential. In this study, the drug was analyzed by ultraviolet spectroscopy (UV), infrared spectroscopy (IR), high resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) and one-/two-dimensional magnetic resonance spectroscopy (i.e., 1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT, 1H-1H COSY, HMQC and HMBC). The spectral data were carefully analyzed, interpreted and used to elucidate the structure of the compound.
