Complete Assignments of NMR Spectral Data of Three C19-Diterpenoid Alkaloids

摘要: C19-二萜生物碱结构复杂多样,核磁共振(NMR)结构鉴定困难.本文从独龙乌头中分离得到三个C19-二萜生物碱:taronenine E(1)、chasmaconitine(2)和vilmorisine(3),综合运用多种NMR技术(包括1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT、1H-1H COSY、HSQC和HMBC),对其NMR数据进行了完整归属和部分修正,为该类化合物的深入研究提供了参考.

Abstract: C19-diterpenoid alkaloids have complex and diverse structures, posing great challenges for nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR)-based structural elucidation. Three C19-diterpenoid alkaloids, including taronenine E (1), chasmaconitine (2) and vilmorisine (3), were isolated from the roots of Aconitum taronense Fletcher et Lauener, and analyzed by various NMR spectroscopy methods (i.e., 1H and 13C NMR, DEPT, 1H-1H COSY, HSQC and HMBC). Complete assignments of the NMR chemical shifts were obtained, providing a good reference for the further research of C19-diterpenoid alkaloids.
