土大黄苷的NMR研究

An NMR Study on Rhapontin

摘要: 土大黄苷,3-羟基-5-[2-(3-羟基-4-甲氧苯基)乙烯基]苯-β-D-葡萄糖苷是从植物中提取分离的单体化合物,应用1D NOE 和2D NMR(1H-1H COSY、HMQC、HMBC)等技术相结合的方法对土大黄苷的1H和13C NMR信号进行了准确归属,并对文献中错误的碳氢数据做了纠正和讨论.

Abstract: Rhapontin, 3-hydroxy-5-(2-(3-hydroxyl-4-methoxyphenyl) ethenyl) phenyl-β-D- glucopyranoside, was a natural product isolated from the plant. Its structure was elucidated by combined use of 1D NOE and 2D NMR techniques including 1H-1H COSY, HMQC and HMBC. The 1H and 13C chemical shifts of the compound were completely assigned. Corrections were made for the incorrect previous assignment.
