摘要: 用2D NMR技术研究了获自朝鲜淫羊藿中的2-羟基-3,4,6,7-四甲氧基-9,10-二氢菲的结构,对其碳氢信号进行了全归属,并对文献报道的同类化合物的碳信号归属进行了评述.

Abstract: This paper deals with the studies of full assignments of 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts of 2-hydroxy-3,4,6,7-tetramethoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene isolated from Epimedium koreanum by means of 2D NMR spectroscopic analyses.The assignments of 13C NMR chemcial shifts of similar compounds published in literatures were reappraised.
