恶霉灵互变异构现象研究

摘要: 用GC-MS和变温1H NMR分析方法证明,在恶霉灵样品中存在互变异构现象,但这种互变异构现象受温度的影响不大,其主要的存在形式为烯醇式,20℃下烯醇式的含量为98.2%.同时也证明了气相色谱用于该样品分析的可靠性.

Abstract: The tautomerism of hymexazol was confirmed by GC-MS and 1H NMR analysis. 1H NMR of hymexazol under different temperatures indicated that the isomerization of hymexazol was affected slightly by temperature changes. And the main isomer was enol which was about 98.2% at 20℃. The result also proved that GC analysis was reliable for the sample.
