摘要: 将一些新近发展起来的1H NMR技术用于溶在不同溶剂(D2O,NaOH/D2O及DMSO-d6)中的腐殖酸样品的研究,这包括全相关谱方法(TOCSY),扩散谱方法和最大量子谱方法(MAXY).DMSO溶液的TOCSY谱中4与8之间的相关峰表明在腐殖酸中可能包含有不溶于水的多肽,扩散谱指出在碱性条件下,一些小分子脱离了腐殖酸聚合体,而MAXY谱编辑方法则使得一些细致的归属成为可能.

Abstract: Some newly developed one and two dimensional 1H NMR techniques, including totally correlated spectroscopy (TOCSY), self-diffusion coefficient measurements and maximum quantum spectroscopy (MAXY), are applied to the study of a humic acid sample suspended or dissolved in D2O, NaOH/D2O and DM SO-d6.T OCSY experiments suggest that humic acids contain poly peptides that are soluble in DMSO but not in water, while the self-diffusion coefficient measurements suggest that in basic solution there are small molecules that are not included in the humic acid aggregates.From the MAXY spectra, detailed assignments for the proton resonances become possible.
