含吡啶氮杂缰绳醚的NMR研究

摘要: 本文研究了九种新合成含吡啶氮杂缰绳醚1H、13C NMR谱。用经验计算、DEPT及二维异核相关谱等方法进行谱线归属。在此基础上讨论了溶液中样品的结构、取代基对其结构、构象的影响和取代基的化学位移规律。发现含吡啶氮杂缰绳醚D位质子谱线分裂。

Abstract: The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of 9 firstly synthesized lariat Ethers containing pyridine were recorded. Individual peaks were assigned with empirical rules, DEPT, and HETCOR technique. The structure of samples in solution, the influence of R-substitution on conformation, and the rule of R-substituted chemical shifts were discussed. It was found that the 1H NMR peak of site D was split.
