Abstract: This paper introduces an in-vivo biomechanics experimental method and its principles n studying the motion of the human knee joint. From our experiments,we found that the human knee joint is not an usual moving pair. It is aspecial structnre. The orbit of the instant centers of movement gives also a space curve. So it may be called Bio-hinge.
