Abstract: In this paper the existence of random solutions of operator equations with A-proper Operators is studied. The random analog of deterministic results obtained by Petryshyn in[9] and[10] for such operators is the main theorems. It is then followed by existence reuslts for the Second order differential equation with Newmann boundary value problem.
