Abstract: In this paper we seek sufficient conditions for the existence, uniqueness and continuous dependene on parameter of solutions of certain boundary value problems for nonlinear integrodifferential equations. The main tool employed in our analysis is based on converting the problems into equivalent Volterra integral equations by means of Green's function representation and the application of the Banach fixed point theorem.
