EXISTENCE OF WEAK SOLUTIONS OF 3-D EULER EQUATIONS WITH AXIAL SYMMETRY

Abstract:

3-D Euler equations is considered in this paper. In cylindrical coordinate
systems, if the components of the velocity fields ~u = (ur, u, uz) and scalar function p
do not depend on polar angle θ and u
 0, author first gives a detailed proof of some
estimates in Section 2 and then obtains the global existence of weak solutions of 3-D Euler
equations in Section 3.
