摘要: 通过化学合成得到的乙酰基和苄基保护的四糖是合成肿瘤相关寡糖的重要中间体.本文利用1H-1H COSY、13C-1H COSY、HMBC、TOCSY和ROESY 2D NMR技术对保护四糖的1H和13C NMR谱进行了归属,并对该糖的结构进行了详细研究.

Abstract: The chemically synthesized tetrasaccharide,protected by acetyl and benzyl,is a keyintermediate of tumor-associated oligosaccharide.1H NMR and 13C NMR chemical shifts of the compound were assigned and its structure was studied in detail by 1H-1H COSY、13C-1H COSY、HMBC、TOCSY and ROESY 2D NMR techniques.
