摘要: 本文测定了具有抗癌活性的中草药温莪术中有效成分-莪术醇和莪二酮以及莪术醇的乙酰化物和环氧化物的13C NMR谱,对其谱线进行归属;并用NMR等方法综合分析、鉴定出莪术醇改性产物CM-Ⅰ的分子结构,证明它是一种新的草酮类化合物,并且有良好的生现活性。

Abstract: The 13C NMR spectra of curcumol and curdione, which are active components for antitumor in the Chinese herbal medicine, curcuma aromatia silisb, as well as acetyl and epoxy derivatives of curcumol were recorded, and the spectral lines were ossigned. By NMR and other techniques the molecular structure of an artificial modified product of curcumol CM-I was determined. It is a new derivative of cycloheptatrienyl ketone with Strong physiological activity.
