摘要: 本文介绍了我们研制成功的工作在亚毫米波段的付里叶变换谱仪。工作波长为33μm至500μm,分弁率为1cm-1。本仪器的主要特点是:1,采用微型机控制的数据采集和数据处理;2,动镜采用液压驱动,激光控制取样;3,整个干涉仪置于真空之中,以防水蒸汽的吸收。

Abstract: A kind of submillimeter waves Fourier transform spectrometers is presented. The working wavelength is in the region of 33 to 500 micron. The resolution is 1 cm-1. A microcomputer is used for the data acquisition and data processing. The moving mirror is driven by a liquid-pressure machine in order to get even smooth moving. The displacement of the moving mirror is measured with a laser interferometer. The optical path system is evacuated to prevent the absorption of water-vapour.
