摘要: 本研究测试分析了D2O和H2O溶液内的脱氧核糖核酸及其脱氧核糖核苷酸5'-d-TMP、5'-d-AMP、5'-d-GMP和5'-d-CMP的高分辨核磁共振波谱。
当5'-d-TMP与5'-d-AMP,5'-d-GMP与5'-d-CMP碱基配对时,质子峰强度变弱并发生化学位移变化。

Abstract: High resolution proton spectra of DNA, 5'-d-TMP, 5'-d-AMP 5'-d-GMP and 5'-d-CMP in D2O and H2O solution was measured.
When 5'-d-TMP and 5'-d-AMP, 5'-d-GMP and 5'-d-CMP base were paired, The proton peaks became weak and changes of chemical shifts was discussed.
