摘要: 本工作报道了用13C NMR法测定武汉地区引种的南美洲菊科野生植物-甜叶菊叶中提取的天然甜味剂中有效成分的结构,结果表明,其主要成分仍为甜叶菊糖苷(13-0-[β-萄糖基(1-2)]-β-葡糖基-甜叶菊醇)。工作中观察了C5D5N及D2O对分子中不同部位的溶剂效应,并讨论了可用来区分几种主要成分的方法及特征峰的参数。

Abstract: In this paper, 13C NMR structral identification of natural sweetener obtained from the leaves of South American wild herb, Stevia Rebaudiana cultivated in Wuhan district is described. The result shows that the main constituent is still stevioside (13-0-[β-glucosyl (1-2)] -β-glycosyl-steviol). Solvent effect of C5D5N and D2O on different parts of the molecule was observed.Methods and parameters of specific bands which can be used to identify the structures of these natural sweeteners were discussed.
