摘要: In this paper, a new theory for the dynamic properties of protein molecular system have been proposed by means of the analysis of the characteristics of the collective excitations generated under the localized fluctuation and the deformation Of structure of the protein. Some new results obtained from this study show that the Davydov theory is an approximate and disadvantegeous theory.
