摘要: 本文报道了用氚核磁共振测定氚化双氢心得舒等五钟定位氚标记化合物和非定位标记亮石松碱化合物中氚在分子中的位置及相对含量。并对[CH3-3H]胸腺嘧啶和[4-3H]苯丙氨酸的未经质子去偶的3H-NMR谱进行解析,测出其氚氢间的偶合常数(JHT),然后根据关系式:JHH=JHT(γH/γr)算出其磁全同质子-质子的偶合常数。

Abstract: Determination of the assignment and relative intensity of tritium in the fire specific labelling compounds (dihydro-Alprenolol. Abendazol. Etorphine. pyronaridine and cholor promazine)and General labelling selagine using 3H-NMR spectrometry is described. In addition, The triton-proton coupling codnstants(JHT)-were measured by the 3H-NMR spectra of Cmethyl-3H] Thymifine and[4-3H] phenylalanine without decoupling. The "magnetically-equivalent" proton-proton coupling constants can be calculated from JHT Values.
