摘要: 本文研究了组蛋白、组蛋白F1和组蛋白F2b的高分辨核磁共振波谱学和紫外、红外光谱学特征。
研究表明,组蛋白、组蛋白F1和组蛋白F2b三者之间的波谱和光谱存在着显著的差异。

Abstract: The high resolution NMR, UV,IR spectra of histone and it's fraction F1 and F2b were measured.
Our studies indicated that there were obvious differences amony tke spectra of histone, histone fraction F1 and F2b.
