摘要: 本文采用DNMR法测定了一系列氮-2.4-二硝基苯基亚硫酰基苯并咪唑衍生物,围绕N-S键扭转的活化自由能△G++,即扭转位垒。实验结果表明,该系列亚硫酰胺类化合物,在亚硫酸胺类中具有最高的扭转位垒(大约19-20千卡/克分子)。

Abstract: A series of N-2,4-dinitrobenzenesulfenylbenzimidazoles has been prepared by the reaction of 2,4-dinitrobenzenesulfenylchloride with a series of 2-alkyl benzimidazoles and 5(6)-chloro-2-alkyl-benzimidazoles. Dynamic NMR spe-ctroscopy was used to measure the torsional barriers about the N-S bond,which were in the range of c.a. 19-20 kcal/mol. The torsional barriers reported here are among the highest yet observed for torsion about sulfenamide bonds.
