摘要: 用高分辨核磁共振技术,以脂质小胞为模型膜,研究膜与胰岛素分子之间的相互作用,处于胰岛素分子表面所包含B链的疏水面,很可能伸入膜脂质双层,对该双层产生微扰。中性pH范围是二者结合的最佳条件。

Abstract: The interaction of insulin with phosphloipid vesicles as a model of biological membranes is studied by NMR technique.
Analysis of the spectra revealed that the B chain including hydrophobic surface at the insulin molecular surface may be insertrd into the phospholipid bilayer and perturbes the bilayer.
Neutral pH value range is the best binding condition of insulin with membrane.
