争光霉素A6对小鼠腹水肝癌细胞膜选择性作用的ESR波谱的研究

摘要: 争光霉素A6是争光霉素的组分之一。它能够选择性影响小鼠腹水肝癌细胞膜的流动性,而对正常小鼠的肝和骨髓细胞膜没有影响。A6可使癌变细胞膜类脂由液晶态到液态的相变点降低2℃。当A6结合持续过热时,可产生协同作用,使癌变细胞膜流动性的速率发生明显的改变。

Abstract: Bleomycin A6 is one of the compositions of bleomycin, which has selective influence on the membrane fluidity of mouse ascites hepatoma cells and it has no effect in marrow cell and liver cell of normal mouse. Bleomycin A6 reduces the phase transition point from liquid crystal to liquid state of malignant cell membrane by 2℃. Synergistic effect of the bleomycin A6 with continual hyperthermia was observed which could cause pronounced changes in the speed of membrane fluidity.
